Directory Command
The directory command specifies the directory where the DNS files are found, including the files referenced by the boot file. The syntax of the directory command follows:

directory <directory>

An example of this command follows, showing that the files are located in the normal path of DNS files, which is also where NT is installed on C:\WINNT:

directory c:\winnt\system32\dns
